Seminars / Conferences / Expert meetings

The participation fee for the event entitles the participant to attend and includes refreshments and drinks during breaks. It is due on receipt of the invoice. Cancellation of registration is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the event. Substitute participants can be provided at any time. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme for urgent reasons. Claims for damages due to cancellation of the event are excluded; fees already paid will be refunded in this case.

Photographs will be taken at the event. With your participation you agree to the publication.

Certificate course

Cancellation of registration is possible free of charge. The following deadlines must be observed:

Web seminars: Registration can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before the start of the web seminar. 
Online conferences / online symposia: Registration can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the online conference / online symposium.
Online certificate courses: Registration can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the online certificate course.
Substitute participants can be provided at any time. We reserve the right to make changes to the programme for urgent reasons. 
Claims for damages due to cancellation of the web seminar are excluded; fees already paid will be refunded in this case.

Web seminars are generally conducted via the GotoWebinar platform and software of the company LogMeIn. For this purpose, data such as your email address will be stored and processed. Further details on the handling of your data can be found in LogMeIn's privacy policy at https://www.logmeininc.com/de/legal/privacy. An addendum to the data processing pursuant to Article 26(2) of Directive 95/46/EC and EU Commission Decision 2010/87/EU on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC 2010) for Processors is available.
